Updating my payment information

If you purchased your subscription through the DDP YOGA NOW! website:

1. Login to your DDP YOGA NOW! account from a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app).

2. Click/tap the Settings link in the top left corner on a mobile browser or the top right corner on a desktop browser.

3. Click/tap Subscription.

4. Click/tap Change Credit Card.

5. Update payment information.

6. Click/tap Save to submit changes.

If you purchased your subscription through the iOS app:

On iPhone or iPad

1. Launch the Settings app.

2. Tap menu item iTunes & App Store.

3. Tap your Apple ID to open the Apple ID pop-up menu.

4. Tap menu item View Apple ID.

5. Enter Touch ID/Apple ID password.

6  Tap menu item Payment Information, then change your information.

On PC or Mac

1. In iTunes

2. On the web

3. In system preferences (Mac)

4. iCloud for Windows (PC)

If you purchased your subscription through the Android app:

On Android phone or tablet

1. Launch the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap menu icon .

3. Under the payment method you want to update, tap the Edit button.

4. Update payment information.

5. Tap Update to submit changes. 

If you purchased your subscription through the Amazon app:

1. Login to your Amazon account and navigate to Your Account > Payment options.

2. Select payment option and click/tap Edit

3. Update payment information.

4. Click/tap Save to submit changes.
