Adjusting my Bandwidth Settings in the DDP YOGA NOW app

If you are experiencing issues streaming our in-app video content, you may need to try adjusting your profile's settings to force all videos to stream in low bandwidth. This should help those with slower internet connections stream our content with fewer interruptions. To do so, please log into your DDPY account to get started.

Once you have successfully logged into your DDPY account, please navigate to Settings > Preferences and locate the Low Bandwidth settings. You should see the following checkbox items: On Web, and On Mobile. If you are experiencing issues streaming on your web browser, tap or left-click the checkbox for On Web. If you are experiencing issues streaming on your smartphone or tablet, tap or left-click the checkbox for On Mobile. Once you have made your selection, you should see a blue button labeled SAVE near the bottom of the screen. Tap or left-click this button to save your changes and begin streaming in low bandwidth on whichever platform you selected. Should you choose to update these settings, simply uncheck whichever setting you selected and tap or left-click the SAVE button to submit your changes.
