General
I. Minimum Software Requirements
- (On Apple Watch) watchOS version 5.0
- (On iPhone) iOS version 12.0
II. User should give the HealthKit full read & write permissions on the first launch in order to get HR data from Apple Watch and save workout data to the Activity App
- If the user has not given these permissions initially, permissions can be given in iPhone Settings > Privacy > Health > DDP YOGA NOW > Enable permissions
- There should not be any other app that is using the sensor at the same time

I. Background App Refresh: ON
- Settings > General > Background App Refresh
Watch Settings on iPhone
I. Watch > Your Apple Watch > General > Background App Refresh: ON
II. Watch > Your Apple Watch > Display & Brightness > Wake Duration: Wake for 70 Seconds
III. Watch > Your Apple Watch > General > Return to Clock > DDP YOGA NOW > Return to App: ON
IV. Watch > Your Apple Watch > Settings > Workout > Workout Power Saving Mode: OFF
