Canceling my app subscription

If you purchased your subscription through the DDP YOGA NOW! website:

1. Login to your DDP YOGA NOW! account from a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app).

• NOTE: If you are unable to login to your account, please contact our customer support team.

2. Click/tap the Settings link in the top left corner on a mobile browser or the top right corner on a desktop browser.

3. Click/tap Subscription.

4. Click/tap Stop Auto Renewal.

5. Follow the prompts to disable auto-renewal.

If you purchased your subscription through the iOS app:

On iPhone or iPad

1. Launch the Settings app.

2. Tap menu item iTunes & App Store.

3. Tap your Apple ID to open the Apple ID pop-up menu.

4. Tap menu item View Apple ID.

5. Enter Touch ID/Apple ID password.

6  Tap menu item Subscriptions.

7. Tap DDP Yoga.

• NOTE: If you do not see the DDP Yoga app listed in your subscriptions, then the App Store account you are signed in to is not the account used to purchase your subscription.

8. Tap Cancel Subscription.

On Mac

1. Launch iTunes on Mac.

2. Navigate to Store section.

3. Click/tap Account link.

4. Sign in (if signed out).

5. Navigate to Settings > Manage > DDP Yoga.

• NOTE: If you do not see the DDP Yoga app listed in your subscriptions, then the App Store account you are signed in to is not the account used to purchase your subscription.

6. Click/tap Edit.

7. Click/tap Cancel Subscription.

If you purchased your subscription through the Android app:

1. Launch the Play Store app.

2. Tap menu icon .

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Select DDP Yoga.

• NOTE: If you do not see the DDP Yoga app listed in your subscriptions, then the Google Play account you are signed in to is not the account used to purchase your subscription.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

6. Tap Cancel Subscription again to confirm cancellation.

If you purchased your subscription through the Amazon app:

On the Amazon Appstore:

1. Launch the Appstore app.

2. Tap menu icon .

3. Select the DDP Yoga app.

4. Select your DDP Yoga subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.

On Kindle Fire Tablets:

1. Tap Apps and then tap Store.

2. Tap menu icon .

3. Select menu item Subscriptions.

4. Select your DDP Yoga subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
